A Will is a testamentary instrument by which the properties of a deceased person are transferred according to his wishes/ Will as mentioned in the document of Will. Drafting a valid Will requires great care and precaution. The testator must be in a sound state of mind and should not be under any undue pressure or coercion. It must be attested by two witnesses. Registration of Will is not mandatory requirement and it is optional and for precaution it is better to get a Will registered before the Competent Authority.
